Job Description

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and revision of home health corporate compliance program and compliance monitoring activities.  The Compliance Coordinator oversees corporate compliance surveillance, education of staff, and corporate compliance utilization and practice audits.  Other responsibilities will be assigned as appropriate

 §  ADN required, BSN preferred ;  current license or work permit to practice nursing in South Carolina

Valid SC Driver’s license with good driving record

§  Three (3) years of organizational management experience

§  Experience in quality improvement, safety management.

§  ­Knowledge of Medicare, regulatory, and credentialing criteria and standards

Knowledgeable of the components of a corporate compliance program
