Job Description

Position Summary:

The Recruiter Il has responsibility for assigned searches, from the requisition to the closure of the search as well as providing new hire preparation and general support to the department, and flex to assist in various functional areas based on business needs. Primary purpose in this role is to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and managing onboarding process up to Orientation.

Education/Experience requirements:

•         Bachelor's degree required

•         5 Years of Experience in a Human Resources field preferred.

•         Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to perform Vlookups, PivotTables, and have at least an intermediate knowledge of Excel.

•         Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

•         Experience with ATS Systems, HRIS, and other related Employment and Recruitment tools and systems.

•         PHR Certification preferred.

Core Job Responsibilities:

•         Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

•         Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites; provide organization information, opportunities and benefits, making presentations and maintain rapport.

•         Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

•         Maintenance and utilization of Employment and Recruitment systems, including HCM, ATS, Agility, Assessment, UniversalOnline, and Onboarding.

•         Maintain all requisitions, verifying department and position numbers (per Recruiters division).

•         Prepare and submit onboarding and post hire paperwork for new hires including E-Verify or Equifax.

•         Maintain accurate I-9 data for entire organization; quarterly audits for accuracy.

•         Provide detailed analysis and reporting upon request.

•         Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflow in the Employment and Recruitment department.

•         Provide excellent customer support and follow through.

•         Assists with employee relations matters to include providing Employment and Recruitment documentation for hearings, at the request of Employee Relations.

•         Assists with Employment and Recruitment projects and initiatives to include badge roll-out, Universal online, etc.

•         Responsible for pulling reports through our ATS and payroll systems as requested

•         Prepare report for Position Control Committee on weekly basis.

•         Recruiter responsible when acquiring new practices, assisting with presentations.

•         Updating all documents through Recruitment's sharepoint site (intranet).
