Employee supports the needs and requirements of assigned departmental systems and associated interfaces, to ensure the proper and continued operation of those systems. Under the direction of the Technical Support Manager, works independently to support systems administration needs. Supervise and coordinate the activities of peers and outside contractors when in the activity of systems software upgrades, equipment installation, equipment and operational problem solving and testing. Test, maintain, and monitor assigned computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Responds to system errors and/or incidences where normal operation is interrupted. Develop procedures to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of necessary system processes. Is proactive in identifying new and more efficient processes to enable users to better utilize Information Systems. Assist with troubleshooting system issues and contact vendor support as needed. Monitor systems to ensure optimal performance.  Employee will perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4 to 7 years of experience.
